Ohio Bans Hemp Products

Now, Ohio, which just went legal for adult-use cannabis sales in August, is pushing back against hemp products. Governor Mike DeWine issued a tweet:

All products must be ceased from being sold by 10/14. Without renewal by the Ohio General Assembly, it will end 90 days later.
Ohio is not alone, as many other states are pushing back. I would like to see its Division of Cannabis Control, which is part of the Ohio Department of Commerce, step up and regulate the products. Perhaps the federal government will do so.
