I know the company High Rise Beverage pretty well. Theirs was the first THC beverage that I have ever had. Before I share any review of that one, readers should understand that I can't smell anything and have a very diminished tasting ability. It is all from the tragedy that I suffered in 2022.
How I Got to Know High Rise
I had not heard of High Rise before I found out about a party the company was sponsoring in Houston, and I went to that party with my wife on 8/2724. It was at a new place near my house, Sophie. I heard about it from their p.r. agent, who had reached out to me.

A Look at High Rise
After I learned about the event, I looked at the company's website to learn more. I liked what I saw! The owners are Matt Skinner, who is CEO, and his wife, Libiss, who suffered from uncontrolled ulcerative colitis but found relief through medical cannabis. Here is their picture from the website:

Based in South Carolina, the Skinners founded Charleston Hemp Collective in 2019 and then founded High Rise in 2022, just three years ago. The website is educational, and the company shares its testing lab results.
The products have some good features:

High Rise has exclusively beverages, but they sure offer a variety of them and even have different THC dosing levels ( 3mg, 5mg and 10mg):
Blood Orange
Blueberry
Grapefruit
Mango
Pineapple
High Rise has some with THC and CBD and even offers CBD drinks with no THC, including Blueberry, Grapefruit and Lime flavored. They also have seltzers that are adaptogen-infused, though those are hard to find on the website. I did find a Blackout Orange Lift Selzer and a Blackout Lime Lift Selzer, both with B Vitamins, Ginseng, and Rhodiola, and a Blackout Pineapple Balance and a Blackout Raspberry Balance , both with Ashwagandha and Gotu Kola
What I Learned at the Event
It was kind of cool to be legally able to drink a THC beverage in Houston. Texas has a medical cannabis program that went from absolutely horrible to just really bad (and is upgrading soon in a big way), and there is no legal adult-use in the state. Cannabis beverages are part of the medical cannabis program, TCUP, but the amount of THC is very limited. Texas Original shows no THC seltzers on its website. The new Texas medical cannabis program will be allowing 10mg of THC.
We had a nice time there, and I spoke to someone who works in marketing for High Rise. I drank a beverage. Again, one can't go by what I say, since I am not able to smell anything or taste much. I did not feel anything from the 5mg of THC. My wife tried the product and did not care for it. We brought two cans home for our daughter, but she didn't try them. We still have them.
What I think I really learned is that the world is changing. New types of products in regular types of places. High Rise seems like a good company to me.
